Runninguk.co.uk.

I got into running about 5-6 years ago now (during 2001). It all started when my local gym started a running club. I had always enjoyed running on the treadmill but as most people know this does tend to get a little boring after a while. From there I joined my local running club and have been addictive every since.

This website will hopefully be of use to my fellow runners. It will contain my various thoughts at the time.
